Litter Picking Kit Available

Following on from the success of Litter Picks in Clay Cross and Danesmoor, we are pleased to announce that litter picking kits are available from Clay Cross Social Centre from Monday 19th August.

This has been arranged by Hayley Bramley, Walking Into Communities Development Officer, NEDDC.

Anyone from the local community is welcome to come down and borrow equipment to help keep Clay Cross tidy!

All equipment has to be signed in and out to ensure it's safe return for other people to use.

Please pop in to the Parish Council Office between 10am and 2pm weekdays to pick up your kit or email walking@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk to arrange an alternative time.

All of the equipment provided has been funded through The Clay Cross Out and About Project to encourage more people to get outdoors, get walking and keep Clay Cross and Danesmoor tidy
