Manage your illness better and naturally boost your wellbeing.
Meeting at Clay Cross Social Centre, Market Street S45 9JE, ample parking available. Suggested arrival time 1.15PM. On return to the Social Centre at 2.30PM, stay for a chat and a hot drink!
