SUNSHINE & SHADE WORKSHOP

Sunshine & Shade provide several Bereavement and Friendship peer groups in Clay Cross, Grassmoor and Chesterfield.
We have had overwhelmingly positive feedback from people we have referred to these groups.
They have now received funding to run two workshops on loss which will explore coping and healing strategies, designed for those who cannot commit to regular meetings.
These workshops are for those who are struggling with loss in its broadest sense, not just bereavement e.g. the loss of physical health, a relationship, retirement etc.
The first workshop is this coming Monday, 8th July 2024 from 4.30PM - 8PM at Clay Cross Social Centre.
